The Job
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety programs across hospitality operations.
- Support compliance with food safety standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain HACCP based food safety systems across all outlets.
- Conduct routine checks, site visits and monitor activities assigned.
- Collect, verify and maintain quality and food safety records and documentation.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits and inspections.
- Assist with audit logistics, documentation collation and corrective action tracking.
- Escalate non - conformities risks or incidents promptly.
- Support communication of policies, procedures and best practices to operations teams.
- Coordinate quality and food safety training as directed.
- Support food safety training awareness for kitchen teams.
- Maintain training records and attendance logs.
- Assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Assist in conducting food safety risks related to allergens, cross contamination, hygiene & temperature control
- Assist in investigating food safety incidents, guests’ complaints and non-conformance. Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor supplier compliance, product specifications and approved supplier program.
- Drive continuous improvement in food quality, guest safety and operational consistency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Quality or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in quality assurance, food safety or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Hospitality Food Safety Regulations.
- Experience with allergen management programs in hospitality environments
- Strong leadership, training and communication skills
- Experience with audits, documentation and compliance monitoring, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to follow established procedures accurately
- Strong communication skills with chefs and operational teams
- Good computer skills for daily reporting and documentation
