In this role, you’ll work closely with the team to help bring ideas to life, support campaign execution, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Tasks
Brand Strategy & Campaign Implementation
- Assisting with the execution of brand and marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Maintaining consistency across all client touchpoints and campaigns.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Creating engaging, on-brand content for digital channels including social media, websites, emails, blogs and advertising platforms.
- Developing campaign assets, including visuals, graphics, and multimedia content.
- Managing content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms.
- Producing marketing materials and client communications that align with strategy.
Paid Ads, Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Monitoring ad performance and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
- Managing social media channels and engaging with audiences authentically.
- Scheduling and Posting to all major platforms in a timely manner using third party tools.
Project & Client Coordination
- Supporting coordination with clients to understand objectives, share recommendations, and report results.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Contributing to pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Analytics Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Assisting on the preparation of analytics reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Testing new content formats, platforms, and creative approaches under guidance from Marketing Executives & Marketing Manager
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and campaign efficiency.
- Participating in ongoing learning to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
Requirements
You Probably Have:
- MQF Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Strategic Management, Communications, or Business Administration, OR 2 years’ proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
- Knowledge of use of Canva and Meta Business Suite (or other relevant platforms and tools!)
- Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Gozo office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong copywriting experience and confidence
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Genuine passion for creative work, storytelling, and brand building
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking capability
Bonus Points For:
- Spoken and written proficiency in Maltese language.
- Additional language skills beyond English and Maltese.
- Already being based in Gozo!
- Full clean driver's license and access to own transport.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Rella, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership campaigns
- Awareness of the media, advertising, and communications landscape in Malta & Gozo
