What you will do:
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Execute brand visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all stores within the market
- Adapt Group visual concepts to fit local market conditions, store layouts, and product availability
- Ensure visual displays are commercially effective, highlighting key trends and maximising product visibility and sell-through
- Oversee store-level execution through regular visits, photo reviews, and communication with Retail Business Managers and Group/Area Visual Merchandisers
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across mono and multi-brand environments while respecting each brand’s identity
- Maintain visual merchandising tools, fixtures, POS, sale tags, and in-store materials, including upkeep of in-store digital communication
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the main contact point between the Group Visual Merchandising team and the country store network
- Work closely with Country Retail Business Managers, Store Managers, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution of campaigns and launches
- Provide feedback to central teams on local customer preferences, store performance, and opportunities for visual improvements
- Participate in seasonal alignment meetings and support local planning of visual priorities
Training & Development
- Conduct visual merchandising training and seasonal briefings for In-Store Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers
- Support store teams with coaching, feedback, and tools to strengthen visual standards and commercial understanding
Commercial & Operational Focus
- Ensure visual merchandising contributes to overall store performance and supports sell-through of key categories and campaigns
- Work within the VM budget defined by the Group Visual Merchandising team and Retail Business Manager
- Monitor performance indicators and use data insights to improve future visual execution

What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising, ideally within fashion/lifestyle retail
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application in visual merchandising
- Creative flair with a strong eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to adapt strategies to local market conditions
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
- Fluent in English
