Position Overview
Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Organize warehouse layout and ensure proper labelling and storage.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling.
- Update inventory systems with incoming and outgoing items.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers on deliveries and stock needs.
- Prepare basic reports on stock levels and warehouse performance.
- Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of warehouse or stock management experience.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift license is a plus).
- Good communication and attention to detail.
