Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luqa for a Car Washer & Driver at Hertz Malta. The selected candidate will be responsible for washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet the company's high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Additionally, the role will include driving and delivering vehicles, supporting customers by providing excellent service, and assisting with general operational tasks related to the management of the fleet.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Auto Detailing and Car Wash techniques to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of vehicles
- Skills in vehicle exterior care and maintenance
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Basic understanding of vehicle operations and safety guidelines
