We’re hiring: Social Media & Marketing Assistant ⭐
We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic and highly organised individual to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Assistant. You’ll be working across multiple brands, platforms and campaigns, planning with purpose, creating content that connects and turning insights into results.
Qualifications Required
-A Bachelor’s degree and experience in the industry (2 years of professional experience in the field).
-Skilled in managing and optimising platforms like Meta and Google Ads
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
-Strong collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client briefs into creative, strategic outcomes.
-Stay ahead of trends and tools to continuously bring fresh ideas and techniques to the table.
-Develop comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client’s goals and brand identity.
-Plan and manage monthly content calendars and copywriting, ensuring alignment between creative, marketing and client objectives.
-Build and maintain the brand’s online identity with consistent tone and theme.
-Work closely with designers, videographers, strategists and clients to bring ideas to life
-Monitor performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
-Stay updated on social trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to optimise strategy.
-Manage client relationships, providing guidance, direction, and expert recommendations.
-Oversee scheduling, consistency, and execution across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Responsible for overseeing the overall project, managing timelines and deadlines, and ensuring effective coordination and communication across the team to deliver all project milestones successfully.
