We’re scaling at Skilling Group — and our Finance team is growing.

Skilling operates across multiple jurisdictions (EU and non-EU), supporting regulated and non-regulated entities within an international trading group. This role offers hands-on exposure across group accounting, month-end processes, and broker operations.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Finance team across the Group:
• Posting supplier invoices across multiple entities
• Maintaining accruals and prepayments schedules
• Monitoring Fixed Asset Registers
• Assisting with bank, intercompany & balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing financials up to Trial Balance stage
• Supporting consolidated month-end reporting across the Group
• Recording off-balance sheet transactions relevant to broker activity
• Liaising with internal departments on finance matters
• Supporting internal & external audits; communications with partners and banks
• Assisting with general finance administration
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and cross-border exposure.
👤 Who You Are
• A Qualified accountant
• Detail-oriented and methodical
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Strong communicator in English (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Eager to learn and grow within an international structure
⭐ Bonus Points
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous experience within a CFD Broker / Financial Services firm
• Familiarity with multi-entity / group accounting environments
