We are seeking a highly self-motivated Procurement and Logistics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing procurement activities, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the shipping and logistics functions to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing & Supplier Management
· Source and procure goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Maintain supplier relationships, report issues, and ensure timely resolution.
2. Shipping & Logistics Coordination
· Negotiate with shipping providers to ensure timely, reliable and cost-effective transportation.
· Coordinate shipments, manage delivery schedules, and communicate with freight forwarders and stakeholders.
· Handle shipping documentation and ensure compliance with safety and standard operating procedures.
· Track order progress, coordinate customs clearance, resolve any issues, and keep relevant departments informed of expected delivery timelines.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
· Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and optimize stock, including safety stock and reorder thresholds.
4. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and inventory using spreadsheets or procurement software.
· Prepare reports detailing order volumes, savings, and delivery performance.
· Prepare and process procurement requests, product costings, pricing, and related documents.
5. Communication & Collaboration
· Work closely with internal teams (sales, administration, warehouse) and external partners (suppliers, freight forwarders), ensuring clear communication to keep everyone informed.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field, with proven experience in purchasing, shipping, and logistics.
· Strong knowledge of import/export processes, shipment documentation, and customs clearance.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, inventory management, and tracking purchasing metrics.
· Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written English), and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and “can-do” attitude.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
