Stivala Group is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy across ST Hotels, ST Properties, Novotel Malta Sliema, and other group businesses. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on brand positioning, digital performance, campaign execution, and revenue-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans across multiple brands
- Drive campaigns that support occupancy, direct bookings, F&B traffic, events, and property leads
- Oversee digital channels including websites, SEO, paid media, and social platforms
- Lead content strategy, creative direction, and monthly campaign planning
- Track performance, ROI, and conversion metrics with structured reporting
- Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, and external agencies
- Align marketing activity with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams
Candidate Profile
- Proven marketing management experience, ideally in hospitality or real estate
- Strong digital and performance marketing background
- Commercial mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
