Role Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Tasks include managing phone communication, replying to inquiries, supporting executive Managers, and helping with events proposal and records management. The Administrative Assistant will contribute in a professional and efficient way to track corporate and private events planning while providing excellent service to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting leadership.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to be on top of sales and events packages to offer for potential guests
- Previous experience in a hospitality or events-related environment is a plus
