Purpose of position:
The Part-Time Clerk will support the day-to-day administrative and customer service operations of Airport Parking Ltd (APL), ensuring accurate system management, effective communication with clients, and smooth handling of parking-related processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with all potential and current clientele of Airport Parking Ltd (APL)
- Maintain, update and administer the new Airport Parking Management System, including the accurate inputting, updating and monitoring of customer accounts, parking permits, and contractual agreements
- Manage all requests for APL card accesses, including system registration, activation and database maintenance
- Filing of documents in a timely and effective manner
- Issue any ad-hoc or monthly reports requested by Manager, including reports generated from the parking system
- Any other general duties as requested by Manager
- To promote a positive image of the Company
- To care for a spotlessly clean environment at MIA premises
- To report shortcomings immediately to the responsible department when noticing them and ensuring that action is taken promptly
- To conform with the Occupational Health & Safety Authority Act, ACT XXVII of 2000 and subsidiary legislations
- To perform any other duties and / or related tasks as may be designated by the Company from time to time
Requirements
Applicants should be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn and operate internal parking management software
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, reliable, and professional attitude
Working Conditions
- Part-time position
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
- Office hours (as per Company schedule)
