The role
As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our Lead Designer to produce online marketing material of the highest quality.

What you’ll be doing
Understand design requirements and deliver solutions
Use various techniques to create engaging marketing material
Collaborate with team members to launch exciting projects
Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, masking, AI generation)
Pitch creative ideas to the team
Use feedback from other designers to improve and grow
What we are looking for
Up to two years experience as a Junior Designer
Experience with design software (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. masking, composition, retouching)
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Teamwork skills
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
Portfolio of past work to demonstrate your skills - mandatory
