Graphic Designer
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, working primarily on high-quality online casino brands. The ideal candidate is digitally driven, detail-oriented and passionate about modern design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and execution across digital platforms. Needs to be based in Malta.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex or high-priority daily design tasks with minimal supervision.
- Deliver consistently high-quality creative output aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
- Troubleshoot design, production, and file preparation issues efficiently.
- Maintain and organise advanced file structures, templates, and workflow systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and asset efficiency.
- Liaise with the Team to align on priorities and resolve challenges.
- Utilise AI imagery generation tools to support creative development and improve asset production efficiency.
Key Deliverables
- High-standard creative assets delivered accurately and on time.
- Efficient resolution of workflow and production challenges.
- Active contribution to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic or digital design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
