Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malta, for an Operations Manager specializing in hospitality. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations at AGV’s hospitality properties, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets, implementing operational policies, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves addressing guest concerns, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to strategic business growth within the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff coordination skills
- Proficiency in operational planning, strategy implementation, and performance monitoring
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial oversight
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and customer satisfaction practices
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficient in communication, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with hospitality software and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a management role within the hospitality industry
