We’re on the lookout for a driven Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our fast-growing tech support team at Innovate International.
If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT services environment, this role is your ideal starting point.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for technical support requests from clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues both remotely and on-site.
- Support a range of systems, including Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Grow your skillset through real-time problem-solving and guided training.
What We’re Looking For
- Maltese or long-term Malta resident with a valid local driving license.
- Fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and hardware.
- Microsoft 365 certified or ready to get certified through our supported training.
