In this role, you’ll work across a variety of exciting projects, including campaign creatives, social media content, website assets, and interface layouts. You’ll collaborate closely with senior creatives, contribute fresh ideas, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

Tasks
- Create and adapt graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Assist senior designers by resizing, updating, and preparing artwork for different platforms and formats.
- Design creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for both digital and print projects.
- Help maintain brand consistency by following internal brand guidelines across all designs.
- Support UI/UX and digital design tasks such as simple layouts, wireframes, banners, or responsive assets.
- Edit and retouch images for campaigns, websites, and promotional content.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure files meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop engaging campaign ideas and visuals.
- Organise design files, creative assets, and project updates efficiently.
- Take feedback from senior creatives and continuously improve design skills and creative output.
Requirements
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Some experience in graphic design and UI/UX work through internships, freelance projects, coursework, or previous roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)..
Working knowledge of Figma and an interest in digital/UI design.
- Understanding of responsive design, typography, layout, colour, branding, visual hierarchy and UI/UX principles.
- Ability to create engaging creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve creatively.
- Support senior creatives with adapting, resizing, and preparing artwork across multiple platforms and formats.
- Help maintain internal brand guidelines, creative assets, and design consistency across projects.
- Can work independently but also collaborate with the wider creative, marketing, and product teams to bring campaign ideas to life in a fun, clear, and impactful way.
- Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
