My Story (And Why I Changed Careers)

I came from a veterinarian background. No office experience. No recruitment experience. What

convinced me? The opportunity to grow through 13 levels of promotion, at my pace, based on my

performance. I was ambitious; I wanted more, and I was ready to face the challenges - the rejection, the targets, the learning curve. That decision brought me 4 promotions in 2 years.
