The National Statistics Office of Malta is looking for aspiring and talented individuals to join
their team in the position of Statistical Officer on a full-time indefinite basis. The incumbents will
be assigned to horizontal or technical units according to their area of specialisation and the
exigencies of the institution.
Must be in possession of a recognised certificate equivalent to the Malta Qualification Framework (MQF)
level 6 or above in Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research, Economics, Accountancy,
Banking and Finance , Engineering or Information Technology.
This position carries a starting annual salary of €34,353 for 2026 which goes up to €36,555 in 2027, as
well as a Performance Bonus of up to 10% yearly, a Class Allowance of €1000 yearly (increasing to
€1750 in 2027).
