Your Role
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Create compelling job ads and engage talent across multiple channels
- Match the right candidates to the right roles
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish

What You Bring
- Currently based in Malta (or willing to relocate)
- Experience in a client-facing role - 1-5 years (customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales)
- Strong communication skills – you master client relationship building
- Ambition to grow professionally – bring your driven mindset!
- Comfort working with targets and performance metrics
- A desire to build a stable, rewarding career in recruitment
What We Offer
- Total compensation typical for year 1 €36000K (base salary + uncapped commission)
- Total compensation typical for year 2 €51000K (base salary + uncapped commission)
