Tumas Gaming Ltd is looking for a professional, customer-focused and reliable Poker Dealer to join our team. The role involves dealing both tournament and cash games while delivering an exceptional gaming experience in a professional, exciting and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle, shuffle and deal cards accurately and in accordance with established dealing procedures, departmental requirements and applicable MGA regulations.
- Deal both tournament and cash games while maintaining the correct pace and productivity of the game.
- Handle cards, chips, cash and pots accurately and with integrity, including counting bets and ensuring the correct rake is taken from the pot.
- Clearly announce bets, active player counts and eliminations.
- Maintain full control of the table, including correct seating, spectator control and enforcement of etiquette and conduct rules.
- Remain calm and fair under pressure, read table dynamics and help defuse tension before it escalates.
- Issue clear warnings for offensive language or repeated rule breaches and escalate repeat offenders appropriately.
- Recognise situations requiring escalation and refer rulings or disputes to the Floor rather than making independent rulings.
