SASMAR is seeking a skilled and motivated
Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in Malta, SASMAR is a leading pharmaceutical company known for our innovative personal care and fertility products, including the globally recognized
Conceive Plus brand. Our extensive portfolio of products is available in over 70 countries through various distribution channels such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and clinics.
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and executing multiple projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that project goals are met, on-time deliveries are achieved, and that projects align with SASMAR's strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure timely project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep objectives on track
- Prepare and present regular project reports to management and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to reduce potential issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and project quality requirements
- Lead team meetings to communicate project updates and encourage team engagement
- Mentor and guide team members to foster their development and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Eligible to work in Malta
