Social Media Executive
Our client within the legal sector is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and grow their multi-brand social media presence. The role focuses on creating engaging, trend-led content (including reels and videos), building online communities, boosting brand awareness, and supporting wider marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Role Overview:
- Manage and grow the company’s multi-brand social media presence
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and support wider marketing initiatives
- Create data-driven, visually engaging content across all platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, visuals, videos, reels, trends)
- Monitor social media trends, industry activity, and competitors
- Manage and moderate online communities and enquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns
- Support website content updates when required
- Track, analyse, and report on performance with optimisation insights
- Manage paid social campaigns (targeting, A/B testing, optimisation)
- Provide administrative support for marketing activities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven corporate social media experience with measurable results
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media trends, AI tools, AEO, and best practices
- Experience with social media management and paid advertising tools
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- SEO, CMS, and brand reputation management knowledge (advantage)
