Our client, an iGaming operator, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in coordinating and reporting across multiple projects and business areas. This role is focused on project organisation, documentation, tracking, and communication, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Create and maintain Gantt charts, dashboards, and project documentation
- Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and risks across projects
- Ensure project requirements are delivered on time and according to business expectations
- Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date project information
- Provide stakeholders with regular, structured, and informative updates
- Coordinate and communicate with external providers and stakeholders when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (very nice to have)
- 2+ years’ experience in iGaming or a similar industry (very nice to have)
- PRINCE2 certification (nice to have)
- Experience with Back Offices, CMS platforms, Jira, Microsoft Project (nice to have)
- Understanding of development processes and sprint planning (nice to have)
