As part of the opening leadership team, these roles are instrumental in shaping service culture, driving operational excellence, and supporting teams in delivering confident, seamless hospitality—day and night.
We are currently recruiting Front Office Management professionals for the following roles:
- Duty Manager
- Head Concierge
- Night Manager
Final role placement will be based on experience, leadership style, and operational requirements.

- Proven leadership experience within a hotel Front Office environment
- Strong operational awareness and the confidence to make decisions in real time
- A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support teams
- A guest-first mindset, paired with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where required
