Whether leading the kitchen or supporting the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth service and unforgettable guest experiences.
🤔 What will you be doing?
As Kitchen Manager, you will be:
- Leading all kitchen operations and ensuring Hard Rock quality standards
- Managing, mentoring, and inspiring the kitchen team
- Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation
- Handling inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Working closely with senior management to optimize kitchen performance
As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be:
- Assisting in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supporting and motivating the kitchen crew
- Overseeing food prep, quality, and presentation
- Helping manage stock, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met
- Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to keep the kitchen running like a well-tuned guitar
🧠 What skills should you bring?
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team dynamics
- Passion for quality, consistency, and unforgettable guest experiences
- Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
- Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
