Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a reliable general maintenance person to carry out a range of property maintenance and finishing works. The role includes painting, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing works across different sites. The ideal candidate must be practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out interior and exterior painting works
- Perform plastering and surface preparation
- Complete wall and floor tiling jobs accurately and neatly
- Handle basic plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Prepare work areas and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Travel to different job sites as required
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting, plastering, tiling, and plumbing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must have a valid driving licence — either car or motorcycle licence is required
- Previous experience in maintenance, renovations, or construction is preferred

- Ability to read and follow job instructions
- Flexible attitude and willingness to handle different types of work
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Good level of English
