Responsibilities
Working closely with department leaders to conduct strategic campaigns and activations for various brands within db Group.
Moderate and assess content creation in line with brands’ voice and guidelines.
Take ownership of selected brands and liaise with internal departments to update all online and offline channels.
Update company websites.
Conduct, analyse and report on paid media campaigns on digital channels such as Meta Business Suite and Google.
Takes part in brainstorming and idea generation sessions with the marketing team.
Helps in capturing daily content for digital channels.
Be able to design content for Facebook/Instagram stories and Tiktok.
Be a TEAM player.
Consistently exceed personal and team revenue goals, as well as quarterly and annual targets.
Identify and pursue new clients, markets, and business opportunities while remaining adaptable to economic and market changes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior representative for the brands’ sales efforts.
Cultivate professional connections with department leaders and key internal stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and leverage business intelligence to propose strategies that increase market share and optimize rates.
Build connections with industry counterparts and professional organizations, fostering valuable partnerships.
Development of innovative sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year transaction and revenue growth.
Communication and follow up with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
Maintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, skirting, menu condition, etc.).
Partnering with Director of Operations in the prospecting calls to Corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings.
Ensure all partner deliverables are executed from both sides as per contractual agreements.
Capture Live Content for Social Media based on special events at the venue.
Assist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a busy Sales & Marketing environment in a senior role for more than 3 years.
Understanding of sales & marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience in Social Media Management tools such as Business Manager, Hootsuite and Creative Studio.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Good knowledge on WordPress and other custom CMS’s.
Good knowledge in design platforms Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva.
Creative and an excellent team player.
Be able to work in a busy environment, be target oriented and ready to work under tight deadlines.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great visual communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Maltese and English writing skills, fluency in other languages considered an asset.
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
