We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Spa to lead and elevate our Spa operations across the Group, primarily based at db Seabank Resort + Spa.
Role Overview:
The Head of Spa will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial performance of the Spa division. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and ensure the highest standards of service, wellness innovation, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all Spa operations within the Group
- Drive revenue growth and profitability, including pricing strategies, promotions, and service development
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences aligned with DB Group’s brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop Spa Managers and teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for Spa operations
- Analyse KPIs, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all Spa locations
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends, wellness innovations, and competitor benchmarking
About You
- Proven experience in a senior spa leadership role (Head of Spa / Spa Director / Senior Spa Manager)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability
- In-depth knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams across multiple locations
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Spa Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or multi-site role
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
