KREA is seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Head of Business to lead overall company performance. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is accountable for operations, profitability, growth, and team development across the business.
Responsibility includes sales, after sales, customer experience, operations, and driving sustainable business growth.
The Role
A senior leadership position responsible for driving performance, accountability, and growth across the KREA business. You will ensure operational excellence, strong financial results, and a seamless customer experience from sales through to after sales delivery.
You will lead with a hands-on, data-driven approach; using KPIs, CRM insights, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve results across all non-sales functions.

Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role
- Degree in Business, Management, Sales, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong commercial, operational, and financial understanding.
- Proven experience leading after sales, customer service and sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools and KPIs.
- Hands-on, results-driven mindset with strong accountability focus
