Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the Finance Team in day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in reporting processes, and supporting month-end close activities within a dynamic real estate environment.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Process and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger in Xero
- Perform monthly bank and supplier reconciliations
Financial Reporting Support
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare standard financial reports and schedules as required
Reconciliations & Controls
- Perform routine reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer balances)
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations under supervision
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Analysis & Administrative Support
- Support basic financial analysis and variance reporting
- Assist with invoice allocation and tracking of project-related expenses
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team when required
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with accounting software (Xero or similar preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English

Salary Range: € 25,000 - € 30,000
