The role involves supporting senior management with day-to-day administration and confidential matters. You will coordinate and communicate with multiple departments and stakeholders at all levels.
Managing correspondence, calendars, meetings, and reports is a key part of this position. The successful candidate will assist with internal and external communications, both written and verbal.
Accurate note-taking during meetings and preparation of regular communication updates are required.
Occasional site visits may be expected during peak operational periods.
