Role Overview
We are seeking an English Language Educator to support our company. This role involves teaching English to our staff, as well as assisting with business-related communication between teams to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Language Teaching
- Conduct English lessons for relevant staff.
- Develop and deliver customized learning materials based on business and gaming contexts.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help presenters improve pronunciation, fluency, and professional vocabulary.
Communication Support
- Assist in translating and relaying business-related information to non - English- speaking teams.
- Support clear communication during meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
- Help game presenters understand scripts, announcements, and operational instructions.
- Ensure messaging is culturally and linguistically appropriate.
- Conduct QA analysis on lingual delivery.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, EezeTraining Academy as well as operations teams to align language training with business needs.
- Prepare simple guides, glossaries, and communication templates for presenters.
- Support onboarding of all employees who require language assistance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (C1 level spoken and written).
- Fluency of Spanish will be considered as an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching languages, coaching, or training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in or experience with the iGaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
