Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the company’s growth and oversee its extensive day-to-day operations.
The Role
- Based in Malta, the successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors while maintaining a hands-on approach to property management.
- The role carries full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a very large asset portfolio. This portfolio spans across Europe.
- Key responsibilities include cultivating stakeholder relationships, driving complex negotiations, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical business conduct.
- The CEO will lead a diverse array of real estate assets
Might require a high degree of travelling

Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or architecture, with an MBA preferred.
- Demands extensive experience at the senior management level, specifically within international real estate or investment.
- Must have a track record in managing boards, overseeing complex budgets, and negotiating high-value deals.
